Fitness Bucket List

Most people make New Years resolutions like;

I will run a marathon
I will lose 20 kgs
I will go to the gym 3 times a week ..

And I’ve previously made lists like that (including my 11 things to do in 2011) however this list is going to be more comprehensive without a time limit.

(I know I know, goals should be S.M.A.R.T) but I’m going to say this is not a list of goals as such ..

I guess it’s like a fitness bucket list – yes we’ll go with that ..

Some of these things I have achieved before but am no longer able to do (eg anything involving running) so they have been included in this list.

MY FITNESS BUCKET LIST (in no particular order)

Benchmark WOD’s

Karen (150 wall balls) in under 10 minutes.
Grace (30 C&J @ 40kg) in under 08 minutes.
Fran (21-15-9 pull-ups & thrusters @ 30kg) complete as RX
13.2 score more than 191 reps

I have no idea why I’ve put running on this list – we all know how I love to run! #yeahright #sigh

    I HATE Karen.. and LOVE Grace.. My Karen is just about 12:00 and Grace is under 5:00. I’m sure that’s some sort of distorted ratios there.
