It’s been a “busy” weekend of cardio. It was run day on Saturday, so I did week two of the couch to 5k program and to finish it off I did stair runs, which involved going up and down the stairs three times for three sets. I can jog the first three flights, but can only walk the second set of three flights. The running seemed a little easier this week so thats a good thing.
Sunday was bike ride day, but it was drizzling so I chickened out and went to the gym instead (lame I know), anway I did an hour all up of cardio, 45 minutes of my fav crosstrainer and then I finished off with 15 minutes on the treadmill while I chatted with Marion who did the very first competition I did, funny thing is she has probably lost 30 kgs since then and Ive put them all on.
Anyway, because I had some “free time” this avo I gave feet a little pamper session since they have done me proud this last month trying to lug this body of mine around. It was actually very nice way to spend an afternoon, relaxing foot bath, laptop and Oxygen magazine, what more could a girl ask for.
