My bad let me explain

Another day, another apology ..

Every so often I forget that I have a wide cross section of readers, although at least I now realise there are more of you out there than James and my friend Donloree. 😉

However what I do forget quite often is that you all come from different places when it comes to this “fitness stuff”. Which means there are times when I am writing about things that some of you out in blog world are thinking ..

“What the hell is she talking about??”

This was affirmed to me when one of my friends asked me this question …

My other friends then piped up and gave their opinions on what a burpee was.  The most original (in my opinion) was the friend who decided it was a squat followed by a burp.

So to clear up any misunderstandings I’ve found this little clip.  The only difference is that we add a jump at the end.  I did find a clip that showed the exact “standard burpee” being performed but there were no instructions so I went with this one (you know just in case you all decide you want to start doing them).

(Sorry I couldn’t work out how to center it).

So that in a nutshell is a standard burpee.  Once you get the hang of those the variations seem to be endless!  When looking for a clip to share with you I came across three variations I have never seen before (I’m not going to link them in case Joe sees and they get included in my next Ludus session) 😉

Anyone else keen to do the 100 day burpee challenge now?

Till next time
