70 kgs I’m so close to entering the holy grail called the 60’s (the weight, not the era)
It has been a full on week here. I launched the Feminine Fitness File and have been implementing the various fixes and updates on the website with the help of my trusty guru Yumi.
Unfortunately Elias has decided he doesn’t particularly want to go to bed at nights and on top of that has also decided that he would quite like to see his parents at some ungodly hour of the night, suffice to say it makes dragging my butt out of bed at 04.30 am extremely difficult.
However since there is only 16 weeks until the bright lights and music beacon I don’t have much choice but to somehow get to the gym and start the day off with a cardio session and so far I’ve managed.
The week started off with a bang in the form of the Fizzing Fit Female boot camp run by Jo Stewart, it was awesome to see two of my “Fat Mums” join in, I literally had to try and keep up with them! Running and fitness are definitely not my forte, actually I don’t think i’ve developed my forte yet, but when I do, you will all be the first to know what it is! The next boot camp session is tomorrow night, so I will hopefully get some pics for your viewing pleasure.
The week has also finished with a bang in the form of a date night with my darling husband, who took me to see Gin Wigmore in concert, she was awesome and she has so much energy! I can see why she is in such good shape 😉 on the subject of shape, the highlight of my week without a doubt was finding out I could fit into my all time favorite pair of jeans, I was running around the house, hugging the kids, explaining to Isabelle how Mummy could fit her bottom into her pants.
Issy didn’t really seem that impressed though, but SD was lovely and ooo and ahhhhed at the amazing feat I had accomplished, I guess that’s one of the reasons I married him. I don’t have a low point unless you could the tiredness, but I’m a Mum of toddlers, that just comes with the territory!
Till next time xox
