I’ve been feeling really uncomfy in my skin lately.
I’ve been sick for what seems like months, I have a persistent ear infection to the point I can’t hear out of one ear and it constantly “rings” inside my head and to top it all off I’m carrying an extra four kilos which in turn makes makes exercising harder which means it’s slower to get the excess off!
It’s a viscous cycle I tell you 😉
So as it’s the 1st of the month and summer is fast approaching I thought “heck why don’t you do the 100 day burpee challenge” ..
I hear you thinking “why?” you do burpees everyday and probably more than 100 and you are right (on both counts) but this is more about getting into a routine and following through more than the ACTUAL burpees.
My 100 day challenge will be to do 1 burpee on day one, 2 on day 2 etc etc until day 100 – which incidentally will be 8th February (random end date, but it is what it is). I have seen that there is a 100 day challenge where you do 100 burpees every day for 100 days and I was just honest with myself and decided I’d give up on that by day 3 (if I got to day 3) lol.
So lets get this thing done!
