Day 6 Hatha Yoga Happiness: Practice and Let Go with Fightmaster Yoga

The goal today is to practice and then detach from any results that we think we “should” have. In Sanskrit, this is called abhyasa and vairagya. If you can show up and do your best on your mat and be content with where we are and we can also show up for life the same way.

HIGH – Less sitting around breathing

LOW – Lots more ab work

TAKE AWAY – Do you and be happy regardless.
