Consequences ..

Four Weeks To Go

Well obviously I knew eating a load of crap wouldnt do wonders for the physique .. but its done, and as planned here are this weeks photos *eek*

So .. I’m fatter than last week and now the race is on to get it off again *eek* lol .. ahh well I do love a challenge! 😉

Food has been clean .. mostly egg whites and protein powder as it feels like “cheat food” because it looks like pancake :)

Have been instructed to do two lots of cardio from today with one higher intensity session and Jo will check my measurements again mid week .. so here’s hoping next weeks photo has a lot less of me showing :)

Next week .. less butt! ;)
