100 Days 100 Burpees – High Five

And I am not referring to the group High 5 (which thankfully Issy no longer watches incessantly) .. I am referring to the palm slapping job well done High 5!

I hear you thinking why?

Well simple really, I ate well .. I wrote it all down in my wee diary and I exercised .. I know, I know .. ground breaking stuff. But a journey of a 1000 miles starts with one step .. 😉

Today is day five in my 100 days, 100 burpee challenge. For those of you who haven’t been around for the past four days (or just like to look at the pictures) my 100 day burpee challenge works like this;

Day 1 = 1 Burpee
Day 2 = 2 Burpees
and so on and so on until you have to sit through a 2 hour youtube clip of me doing 100 burpees (and if David gets his way I’ll be wearing a weight vest) lol

I bet you can’t wait!

Anyway I thought since you are wasting away your lives watching me do burpees I could at least mix it up and “showcase” different variations. Yesterday was lateral knee raise burpees. Today I was going to do double down burpees but after this mornings death by double down burpee workout I changed my mind.

So here we go .. day five, clip five .. please note this road is new and its closed, there was no chance of being run over. 🙂
