I still don’t love burpees but I do love me some boobies ..
I’m usually one of those people who gives their word and abides by it .. but the boobies got the better of me!
Tomorrow I will be surrounded by crazy spartans from Ludus Magnus bleaping (Burpee leaping) the pink mile raising money for the New Zealand Breast Cancer Foundation.
In my “defense” when asked if I had a choice between doing the Tough Girl/Guy Challenge again or doing the burpee mile again without hesitation I chose the mile. Standing chest deep in muddy water while walking through a channel that you can’t pass anyone in is TOTALLY not my idea of a fun time.
To those of you out there in cyberspace who have sponsored me to do the stupid event burpee mile I would like to thank you wholeheartedly – even those of you who are sponsoring me so that you don’t have to do it. I’ll “gladly” take one for the team in order to help all the boobies in the land.
For those of you who have yet to pull out your credit card and give give give .. please think of the boobies and sponsor me. Every cent helps the boobies (and yes I say boobies a lot) 🙂
How can you say no to the cuteness that is a burpee fairy?? And did I mention it’s going to be raining .. that HAS to be worth some pity donations 😉
