I was quite excited about Day 2’s practice.
Boosting energy! Now that’s more like it, I mean sure, I like to chill on the floor and stretch out my hamstrings just as much as the next person, but first in the morning? It’s so cold! How about we move around and work up a sweat instead.
Or we could sit and breathe for 10 minutes .. (sigh) ..
