I feel a little like this

So anyway as you are an intelligent bunch of blog followers, you have concluded that I am sore (because you know ouch = sore) and tired (because little picture depicts tired athlete) but never fear! For I have a massage booked for this evening after my bike session. Ahhhh bliss.
Well actually its probably going to hurt like a mother f***k** but as they saying goes …
“No pain – No gain”
What is more painful at this point in time, is that four the next four weeks I am being an ironman on not a lot of calories because the 2 kilos I was supposed to loose over Christmas is now 3 kilos *oops* so my nutritionist and I think its better for me to be in a calorie deficit now while the training is still manageable.
She warned me that I may have a downturn in performance, but she thinks that the fact that I’m just starting out (so getting fitter) and that I will be losing weight, so getting lighter will balance out the fact that I am not going to have much fuel on board. So don’t expect miracles from me for the next few weeks people.
