100 Days 100 Burpees – Day 33 and a word to the wise

< ------- Those are big black balls HOWEVER if you google image search "big black balls" that is probably not the picture you will find come up, so maybe just take a picture yourself or use the phrase "medicine ball" ;) The reason for the picture of the big black balls hanging on the wall is that Anna requested we do a burpee incorporating "the big black balls" (Which always makes me giggle and think of Yumi and her Ludus Birthday message but don't bother trying to find it online, they cut that part out of the final edit) lol.
